Self-levelling double-packed polyurethane composition, does not contain thinners.

Recommended use

For polymeric flooring in industrial, residential and public buildings, including food production facilities, agricultural complex, public catering enterprises, medical application facilities, pharmaceutical enterprises, clean rooms (GOST ISO 14644-1), kindergartens, schools with operating temperature from plus 10 to plus 40 °С.

Coating color primary colors are grey, light grey and ivory.   Other colors are according to color chart of manufacturing company

Theoretical consumption per 1-mm-thick one-layer coating, kg/m2 -1,45 (actual consumption depends on extent of base evenness and designed thickness of coating)

the recommended thickness of one layer is from 1.0 to 3.0 mm.

Physical and mechanical characteristics of the coating:

adhesion to concrete (GOST 28574) 2,4 MPa, not less than (pull-off from concrete)

tensile strength (ISO 527-2) 8 MPa, not less than

tear (peel) resistance (ISO 34-1) 50 N/mm2 , not less than

Application conditions:

room temperature - from +10 °C to +30 ° C;

relative humidity - up to 80%.

Hardening time

weak pedestrian load-in 48 hours.;

intensive pedestrian load– 7 days

full load (including moving of vehicles with rubber tires) – 14 days.

Storage conditions:

Storage and transportation of the base and hardener of the composition – at a temperature from +5 ° C to +30 ° C, in accordance with GOST 9980.5 in a hermetically sealed container of the manufacturer far from heat sources. During storage and transportation, the packaging should not be exposed to atmospheric precipitation and direct sunlight.
