POLYURETHANE COMPOSITION
FOR ANTISTATIC
SELF-LEVELING FLOOR
Self-levelling double-packed polyurethane composition, does not contain thinners.
Recommended use
For polymeric flooring with antistatic properties for concrete bases. It is used in explosion- and fire-hazardous industries, as well as in rooms where protection of electronic equipment and personnel from static electricity is necessary.
Technical specifications:
coating appearance -homogeneous, gloss, of respective color with inclusions of current-conducting agents
coating color- primary colors are gray, light-gray (some black-colored inclusions – antistatic agents, are allowed). Other colors are according to color chart of the manufacturing company
Theoretical consumption per one-layer coating of 1 mm thick, kg/m2-1,4 (actual consumption depends on extent of the base evenness and designed thickness of coating)
Recommended thickness of one layer, mm 1,5 - 2,0
Physical and mechanical characteristics of the coating:

Application conditions:
room temperature - from +8 °C to +35 °C;
relative humidity - up to 80%.
Hardening time
weak pedestrian load-in 48 hours.;
intensive pedestrian load– 7 days
full load (including moving of vehicles with rubber tires) – 14 days.
Storage conditions:
Storage and transportation of the base and hardener of the composition – at a temperature from +5 ° C to +30 ° C, in accordance with GOST 9980.5 in a hermetically sealed container of the manufacturer far from heat sources. During storage and transportation, the packaging should not be exposed to atmospheric precipitation and direct sunlight.
