Recommended use

For the device of polymer coating of the concrete floor base in civil premises and consumer service facilities, as well as in administrative, warehouse, industrial premises, including in the premises of food and agro-industrial production, pharmaceutical industry with an air temperature of plus 10 to plus 40 ° C.

Technical specifications:

the appearance of the coating is uniform, smooth, glossy;

the coating color is light gray or according to the manufacturer's color chart;

the theoretical consumption for a single-layer coating with a thickness of 1 mm is 1.5 kg/m2 - (tactual consumption depends on extent of base evenness and designed thickness of coating);

the recommended layer thickness is 1.5-3 mm.

Application conditions:

room temperature - from +8 °C to +35 °C;

the relative humidity of the air is not more than 80%.

Hardening time

weak pedestrian load (less than 500 people per 1 m of width per day) – 48 h;

intensive pedestrian load (500 or more people per 1 m of width per day) - 7 days;

full load (including traffic on rubber running) – 14 days

Storage conditions:

Storage and transportation of the base and hardener in accordance with GOST 9980.5 at a temperature from minus 40 to plus 40 ° C; storage and transportation of the filler – in accordance with the requirements of GOST 22551, there are no temperature restrictions;

during storage and transportation, the packaging should not be exposed to atmospheric precipitation and direct sunlight.

Guaranteed shelf life of composition components in a tight closed container of manufacturer is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
